The NEWTOP NTCS990 Cut-off Saw is built for emergency teams that need a dependable cutting tool for quick deployment and practical field handling. Its 93.5cc gasoline engine provides stable power for rescue cutting tasks, while the 350mm and 400mm blade options allow operators to choose the appropriate cutting depth for different emergency applications.

Start-up reliability is especially important in rescue work. The NTCS990 is equipped with a German-made decompression valve that helps release cylinder pressure before starting, reducing the force needed to pull the starter rope. Together with an NGK spark plug from Japan, the ignition system supports stable start-up and dependable field operation.

To support continuous operation in high-dust conditions, the saw uses a ceramic-plated cylinder wall for improved wear resistance and smoother engine performance. A TPI bearing from Taiwan helps improve running stability during high-speed operation, while the reinforced high-density composite paper air filter helps protect the intake system from dust. The progressive water valve lets operators adjust water flow more accurately to control airborne dust and reduce excessive mud formation. With up to 145mm cutting depth when fitted with a 400mm blade, the NEWTOP NTCS990 is suitable for vehicle rescue, firefighting entry work, disaster response and municipal emergency cutting.
