While it uses the same 75.6cc 1E51F engine platform, its fan system is designed to deliver stronger airflow performance, reaching 118m/s wind speed and 0.548m³/s air volume. This makes it suitable for users who need stronger blowing force for fire-control support, dry grass and leaf clearing, dust removal, and outdoor site cleaning.

Instead of focusing only on engine size, this model emphasizes airflow efficiency and working coverage. The 2.25m effective fire-control distance gives operators a broader working range, while the telescopic blower tube allows easier adjustment for different ground conditions and working distances. Optional metal blower nozzles can also be selected for tougher field applications.

For long-time operation, the NTLB850C uses an ergonomic backplate, wider and thicker shoulder straps, and a spring vibration-damping structure to improve carrying comfort.
